We actively train and employ key disciplines, including Structural Engineering, Engineering Design Analysis, Draughtsmen, Field Engineers, Offshore Construction Engineers, and ROV Pilots.

  • Engineering degree in one of the following fields: Structural, Mechanical or Naval Structural (preferably MSc).
  • Proven proficiency with OrcaFlex and familiarity with programming such as VBA & Python.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Offshore Oil and Gas Industry performing subsea structural installation analysis.
  • Familiarity with installation analysis codes & standards (DNV, API, etc.) and lifting operations methodologies.
  • Good knowledge in hydrodynamic, hydrostatics and marine operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review client project specifications and develop installation methods accordingly.
  • Validate the proposed installation methods based on analyses carried out in accordance with international codes, client specifications and internal best practices.
  • Utilize OrcaFlex software to conduct installation analysis for heavy load deployment and subsea structures installation.
  • Produce technical project documents (such as memos and installation analysis reports) and issue them as per schedule.
  • Review and validate the technical requirements of marine spread to execute the client scope.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil or related field) Proficiency in engineering design software and tools (Staad Pro, Ansys, Abaqus or related software)
  2. Good knowledge of subsea structure design and installation, seafastening design, vessel strength check and material specifications
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in subsea engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Planning, designing, preparing installation procedures and executing offshore subsea installation projects.
  2. Ensuring safe and efficient offshore execution while adhering to industry standards and company objectives.
  3. Oversee and support offshore execution, including mobilisation, loadout, and installation.
  4. Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  5. Drive improvements in subsea installation methodologies.
  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.
